Friday 16th, Saturday 17th, Sunday 18th
Friday I walked and worked out at the Y to get ready for Saturdays 5 k in Indianapolis . Saturday walked the 5 k in 45 min my best time ever. Planing to go swim some laps at the y later today. While I was walking alone yesterday at the heart walk I was just wondering why I am always by myself and I am not included with the other groups, seems like before I started loosing weight I was included more.

Two pound weight loss
I lost two pounds this week, like I did the previous week. I am happy with this. With the amount of weight I have lost the past year its going to be hard to drop large amounts every week...As long as I loose its all still good.

Started the day out with a three mile walk and then went to the pool to swim some laps. Everyday I thank the doctor everyday for doing my hip replacement so I could get my life back. Just remember every step you take will make you feel better.

Had to take my Aunt to the hospital for surgery today, have to wait for results it my be cancer of the bladder. Have to hit the gym hard tomorrow. Hope everyone had a good day.

Great day at the gym
Walked on the treadmill and finally got my pulse up to 130, for some reason it takes me a long time to get my pulse high. Just remember every step you take will make you feel better..

On my way to the YMCA
Today is going to be a great day, cant wait to get on the treadmill. I would like to be able to run but have to be cleared by the doctor first. If anyone has suggestions on elevating metabolism let me know, I have started drinking green tea and taking vitamins. Lets all help each other with our goals.
