Busy Saturday workout

Started the day out with a three mile walk and then went to the pool to swim some laps. Everyday I thank the doctor everyday for doing my hip replacement so I could get my life back. Just remember every step you take will make you feel better.

  1. you are so right today I met on more of my goals, I went down stairs was on the exercise bike for 20 min then the treadmill for 15 min. ecliptic for 10 then finish with 15 min on my weights,I thank God for the courage to getup and and start a new journey in my Working for a change.
